
West Brom have the chance to do some incoming and outgoing business over the coming weeks as they prepare for Ryan Mason’s first season.
West Brom have received no ‘firm approaches’ for Devante Cole, as per a report by the Express & Star.
West Brom’s striker is facing an uncertain future at The Hawthorns this summer. WBA are preparing for another year in the Championship and have turned to Ryan Mason as their replacement for Tony Mowbray.
Cole, 30, has struggled to make an impact since his move to the Midlands. He joined last year but hasn’t scored in 16 appearances in all competitions.
In this latest update regarding his situation by the Express & Star, the Baggies haven’t received an offer from elsewhere for him yet. It remains to be seen whether there will be any interest.
Following his move around 12 months ago, he told his current club’s official website: “I’m really excited to be back in the Championship. It was one of my goals to get back to this division as quickly as possible.

West Brom signed Cole to add more competition and depth to their attacking department. He currently provides back-up to WBA’s options up top.
The Cheshire-born man spent three years at Barnsley before his move transfer. He scored 36 goals in 129 games for the Tykes altogether
Cole rose up through Manchester City’s academy as a youngster and was a regular for the Premier League giants at various different youth levels. He then left the Etihad Stadium in 2015 and has since had spells with the likes of Bradford City, Fleetwood Town, Wigan Athletic, Doncaster Rovers and Motherwell, among others.
